GOVI looks little like the market, as it follows a unique strategy: Equal-weighting 30 Treasury securities, creating a ladder with 30 different maturities (1-30 years). GOVI leans hard toward the longer end of the yield curve, creating significant tilt differences from our market-value-weighted benchmark. GOVIs yield comes with much greater interest-rate risk, and the fund is particularly sensitive to changes at the long-term end of the yield curve. The fund will use a full replication method, meaning it will invest in generally all the securities that comprise the index. Both the index and fund are rebalanced and reconstituted annually in February. Additionally, a partial rebalance may occur to assess the eligibility of an optimal selection to replace a best-fit selection. Prior to August 28, 2023, the fund traded under the ticker PLW, titled Invesco 1-30 Laddered Treasury ETF, and tracked the Ryan/NASDAQ U.S. 1-30 Year Treasury Laddered Index.
