Revenue of $426.78M (+10.9% Y/Y) beats by $10.83M.
Shares of iRobot (NASDAQ:IRBT) popped after the company hires a new CFO and reports Q4 EPS even above the highest estimate turned in by analysts.
Revenue was up 11% during the quarter and operating income came in at $16.6M vs. $29.8M a year ago. Tariff costs factored into the OI decline.
The company promoted VP of finance Julie Zeiler to take over the CFO position from Alison Dean.

$IRBT Filled Gap$IRBT is back to my action watch list. It has broken the downtrend line AND filled the gap. It's not actionable for me yet. I'll wait for a pullback, hopefully around $53.50 or so AND then resume it's uptrend. Once it does that I'll open a 1/2 position unless it gets too close to earnings which is likely. I think earnings are on Feb 3. Ideas, not investing / trading advice.

$IRBT One to WatchThis one may be worth putting on your watch list. However, it needs to break the down trend line and fill the gap before I'll go long. If it breaks the trend line in the next week or two it should also fill that gap. This could easily fail in the gap so, have to have lots of patience... Ideas, not investing / trading advice.

IRBT D1 chart (10/29/2019 - Public)Hats off to our member, Julio, who tipped me off to this one. Strong move down from the end of April printing a descending wedge . Two large gaps on the way down. Expanding demand volume as price dropped, witnessed by those large daily green candles. Earnings last week surprised at $1.24 when 0.49 was expected (150.51% over the latter). Bullish divergence on the RSI and MACD , and Stoch RSI has crossed bullishly and is leaving oversold as RSI leaves oversold. A break above the descending wedge resistance should have this stock looking for the uppermost supply structure EQ at the gap ($124.60). Prior to that, we can expect price to target the lower supply structure EQ , just above the gap at $87.89.
