Microstragey - It is safe to say Michael Saylor has been public face for Bitcoin bulls recently, which has helped push Micro Strategy stock through the roof. The above weekly chart has just flashed a warning. A warning that price action is considerably overbought. The overbought condition (green column) has illuminated together with a break of Money Flow Index (MFI) support (bottom oscillator). We can also see sell pressure has increased significantly. Risk / reward is unacceptable at this moment. 1st target $200 It is possible price action can move higher? Absolutely. Is it probable? Unlikely.

MicroStrategy Call Options: A Leveraged Bitcoin PlayBuying $MSTR call options, given the company's sizable Bitcoin holdings, has been a convenient way to speculate on rising Bitcoin prices with leverage. It's not uncommon for the stock to appreciate +10% on a 5-8% Bitcoin move, and the corresponding calls 500-1000% or more. This trade requires a hefty risk tolerance, as it goes south rather quickly if Bitcoin pulls back; also, the stock does not always trade as you'd expect given Bitcoin's chart for any given day, sometimes there is a delay in how the stock acts to the Bitcoin price. MSTR 1DyThis company microstrategy does a lot of AI assist stuff. The ceo made a brilliant play with the purchase announcement on there ridiculous 3 day bitcoin non stop buy. This last week BTC spiked a bit and MSTR went up 5plus %. Other companies have cash on the side lign and definitely noticed this. (also see SQ or Square) Look for other traditional companies stepping into BTC and crypto in the coming weeks especially if btc continues this upward trend remaining and solidifying its place as the gold of crypto.
