The fund tracks an index of companies from major European countries from developed markets. Like most S&P indices, constituents for this index are selected at the discretion of the index committee. The committee attempts to select the 350 largest eligible constituents, while trying to maintain each country and industry sectors representation in line with the index universe. The selected constituents are then equally weighted within the portfolio. Rebalancing is done on a quarterly basis.
