The fund is a passively managed ETF that tracks an index that provides exposure to Canadian securities across the broad market-cap spectrum. The index is designed to benchmark and analyze the Canadian domestic market. The fund selects Canadian stocks from the FTSE Developed All Cap Index without applying the FTSE Global Equity Index Series foreign ownership restrictions when calculating each individual constituent’s weight. The portfolio is market-cap-weighted. Using a sampling methodology in tracking the index, the fund invests in a sample of securities that collectively have a similar investment profile to the underlying index. The index is reviewed semi-annually in March and September.
