BirlaNu Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the manufacture and trade of construction and industrial insulation products. It operates through the following business segments: Roofing Solutions, Building Solutions, Polymer Solutions, Flooring Solutions, and Others. The Roofing Solutions segment manufactures and distributes fibre cement, colored steel, and non-asbestos cement sheets. The Building Solutions segment includes fly ash blocks, sandwich panels, thermal insulation products, and dry-mix. The Polymer Solutions segment offers pipes and fittings, and wall putty. The Flooring Solutions segment consists of laminate, engineered and resilient flooring, skirtings, and wall panel products. The Others segment comprises of wind power, material handling, and processing plant and equipment. The company was founded on June 17, 1946 and is headquartered in Hyderabad, India.
