OBEROIRLTY Sold Inventory worth 700 cr in the past 5 days in Oberoi Elysian - C wing - All the large 4 Bedrooms till around level 39 were grabbed up by Buyers as they had the best views. Also there Thane Project sold well, Borivali on Possession so q4 should be brilliant in terms of revenue and the spill over deal of q3 will show in q4. So This low is very temporary.OBEROIRLTY Past 1 week rally has already factored in the launches. Thane is a very competitive market. Stock seems to be over priced now. Fair range should be 1100 odd till q3 results.
