Opening in the Bear's den. Nifty is all posed to open in the Bear's den. The higher probability is a few up ticks and then bears overporwer the bulls and sell aggressively. But if the bulls are aggressive enough and fresh buying comes in, there will be an epic short covering rally. Be prepared to trade. Could be a happening expiry.

50% Retracement...Nifty is nearing it's 50% retracement at 22300, but I believe the major resistance will be at 22500. My view was entirely invalidated yesterday, and I took and SL. Today will be wait and watch how she behaves at major retracement levels.

Rise to be sold into!The higher the Gap up today, the mor confident I shall be to sell on the first tick. There is one stop NIFTY missed in this pilgrimage downhill: "21800". When she realizes it, she would turn around and rush to make that final downward journey before continuing up to where she belongs.
A gap down opening is when things will become tricky. In this case there might or might not be a retracement to gather longs before falling.

NiftyCrucial days ahead. Nifty futures, if it breaks 21813.60, we will have some retracement but will be heading to 21060.
Break of 21060, we will definitely go to 20270, again via some retracement.
This is pole-base-flag pattern playing out in a weekly timeframe.
We are not in a bear market, but 10-15% correction may loom before we head back to the bullish trend again.

Nifty @ crucial areaThe major support and OI writing was peak at 22000, which had broken by bears. More over on regression channel on day candle, nifty will take support or break below? Next major supports below for next expiry is 21500/21000 and resistance is 22300/22500..Fii are selling and secure the fund to reinvest one or two day before election result...VIX touched 52wk high of 19.17...Tommorrow slight recovery expected before the global event at evening.
21750 in striking distance. A break and close below yesterday's lows can take NIFTY to 21750 levels. This would not have been a fleeting thought if it was not for the election result scenario.
