Overstock to be limited partner in blockchain fund
OSTK today announces it will be converting Medici Ventures, Inc., its wholly owned blockchain-focused subsidiary, to a limited partnership (the “Fund”). An entity within Pelion Venture Partners, a third-party venture capital firm with a proven track record of successfully investing in early stage companies, will act as the general partner of the Fund.
Pelion has blockchain and technology expertise with early stage companies and has helped guide many companies to economic success.
Under the arrangement, which will close after obtaining necessary legal and regulatory approvals, Medici Ventures will be converted into a limited partnership.

OSTK PREPARING FOR A BREAKOUT 116%After nearly five months...and over 60% pullback...OSTK looks about ready to continue its meteoric rise...currently, price appears to have found support at the 200 day moving averages...we have seen six weeks of bullish divergence in the rsi and cci...and on the weekly scale, the macd appears to be flattening...not exactly sure when this one will take off, but it looks as if it may be soon...initial target is $137 (116% from current price)...from there we play it by ear...IT'S YOUR MONEY, DYOR!!
$OSTK, Inverse head and shoulder breakout #Repost-$OSTK has finally ended downtrend as it strongly regained that $60 level. After coming off from a falling wedge and its proper retest of the wedge it gives me confirmation that it's time for this monster to wake up.
-E-commerce has increased significantly during pandemic and as they have embedded crypto payments. I believe there's a big upside coming up as BTC projections for upcoming years are insane. Which most likely will be attracting new investors but it has to give them confidence as it pushes through new highs.
-In terms of patterns you will notice an inverse head and shoulder that is looking to finally breakout. In addition to this we notice on the weekly time frame we have the breakout of the falling wedge but the main takeaway is how MACD is looking to start positive divergence. Because it's a weekly time frame, that means the move will most likely take a few weeks but this also lines up with their earnings coming up in MARCH.
-In terms of levels, this is essentially what I'm looking for:
Consolidation: $68-$70
Long entry: $71 (This will apply only if $OSTK has taken $70 as a clear support)
Target: $81-$83
-There will be sudden stops along the way as there will be profit taking where I'm most likely going to expect stops within $74 and $78 levels before making that last push to $80 as we push closer and closer to Earnings

OSTK BOUNCEOSTK has had a massive runup today carrying it all the way to the 85 marker where it met resistance. Being that its a strong runup into resisteance and now overextended on bollinger bands, i think we'll see a pullback this week back to the 75 range. OSTK is a fast mover, was able to get in around 84.5 for the pullback

Falling wedge breakout Possibly a red day or slightly green for the overall market given long weekend ahead. I’ll be adding Overstock call options and shares today. Broke out of a falling wedge, and the price held when it went back down to test that prev resistance line (confirmation); TA suggests stock being 100+ by April. Ttm squeeze moving upward (Decreasing magenta bars) essentially means momentum is becoming positive (bullish); macd lines crossing recently were also bullish.
Bullish ConsolidationPhysical retail stores have been booming. Money should flow back to online soon.
Bear breaks with zero follow through are where the best swings come, imo. You'll be seeing this a lot from me.
Overstock: breakout and retest of IHSNASDAQ:OSTK had an breakout of an inverse head and shoulders pattern. If the line holds it's worth a long position. Long-term this is a long anyway.
