This is the case when I had to spend a lot of time finding the reason of price decrease of 25% since the last quarterly report. So, to my mind, the main reasons were following:
⛔️Change in management. Previous CEO left the company due to health reasons followed by the leave of most probable successor.
⛔️Net interest margin decrease (2,73%—>2.68%)
⛔️Global correction in equity market in 1Q2022;
⛔️P/E is above industry average.
Now to positive factors:
✅organic and steady growth of business and key ratios
✅safe credit portfolio
✅FRC has beaten quarterly analysts' forecasts on revenue and EPS !!!10 quarters in a row
✅Adjustment of 1Q2022 forecasts by analysts to the top last month, which in the majority of cases is followed by the beat of the consensus.
What concerns technical side, on the daily timeframe the price is on the strong support line, from which I do expect the trend to reverse.

Trad Idea:
* Now's a great time to enter as the price is close to the broken level and volume is picking up as well.
* If you're looking for a slight discount you can look for buying opportunities near the $219.76 area
Caution:
* A daily close below $219.76 would put the price back inside the range and expose $211.91 as support.
* Two or three consecutive days closing below $219.76 would negate the idea.
FRC Head & Shoulders formedFRC Head & Shoulders completely formed and the initial breakout already occurred exactly at the neckline, this is an indication that the bullish trend should resume
FIRST REPUBLIC SAN FRANCISCO now is in BUY Situation DailyHello traders, FIRST REPUBLIC SAN FRANCISCO is in a bullish momentum with a sort of marubozu followed by a bearish leg and an explosion in issued purchase volume. Looking at the TIMEFRAME we see a marubozu with a high volume of past sales, it is heading towards its lowest. FRC will do a trend reversal to test the base of the bollinger and check the top of the comfort zone.
There is a great chance of breaking out the price with the momentum and then at the same time the zone to go to the next one and go to the top that comes. Before the highest test of the bollinger it is impossible to check at the level (of TIMEFRAME H4) for the breakout of this comfort zone. Not enough buying force to test half of the ANDREWS PITCHFORK intermediate median.

$FRC Tightening, Possible Breakout?Times are weird, and it is possible that we will be seeing some sector rotation here, as the tech sector cools off from it's incredible run. $FRC here tightening up for a potential breakout here, the question is will it be up or down? Financials has been a sector that has taken a beating over the last bullish period, if banks break back out and financials heat up, this play might be the harbinger of good times ahead for the banks.
