Fundamental Analysis:
Fiverr is a service offering freelancing jobs, they produce digital content based on branding. According to the below analysis we could be looking at the next market leader of services (AKA the next NASDAQ:AMZN ):
- Since the COVID crash halfway of march the bull trend has started
- People lost their jobs and got more spare time to learn new skills and find news jobs (AKA Fiverr)
- People are now more then ever subject into doing freelance work
- Revenues are increasing exponentially every quarter so far
- Gross income vs net income are nearing break-even
- They invest around 10 million dollars in research and development each quarter
Technical Analysis:
What we can see is that the trend is shifting to a more aggressive bull-run as of september 21th. Things I see on the chart on the short-term:
- Trend is getting more steep towards a bullish
- We are now at all time highs for Fiverr
- Higher lows and higher highs
- Possible Elliot Wave pattern ending soon at (E)
- Calculated risk: possible bearish divergence starting on the short-term or around (E)
If the ABCDE wave ends here, we could se a drop to as low as 165 or even 151 which will indicate an Elliot correction wave.

FVRR- Profit taking timeFVRR has been outperforming many E-commerce stocks since early Sept. While overall E-commerce group is in red since early Sept crash, FVRR has bucked the trend and posted the double digit growth.
I think early signs of waning momentum are clear and it is a good time to scale back on the aggressive momentum strategy and do some profit-taking.
FVRR Fiverr continues the strong uptrend on a strong momentumFVRR Fiverr found support on the 4/1 gannfan line on 50sma and retested that bot creating a double bot after which the momentum picked up in a huge engulfing candle and staying very strong until now going up between the 4/1 and 3/1 gannfan lines. Most likely fiverr will break retest the 3/1 gannfan line and end up going to 1.272 fib level after the deep pullback it had to 0.382 fib level which will line up with the middle between the 2/1 and 3/1 gannfan line at 150$ price point.
Channel up/But Slightly Broadening at TopNot much, but it does seem this one is widening at the top. (Megaphone, ascending broadening wedge) If not it is a channel up
Double check me on that. Comments welcome

Demand for flexible contract gigs has increased exponentially in the coronavirus era, and Fiverr's active buyers (employers looking for workers) exceeded 2.8 million during the recent quarter, with 300,000 new ones joining. Furthermore, clients are spending 18% more today across the Fiverr platform than last year. Fiverr has a high gross margin (83%-plus) and improving profitability and cash flows. Revenue also grew 82% year on year in Q2'20. And they also achieved quarterly adjusted EBITDA profitability for the first time in Fiverr’s history and targeting adjusted EBITDA profitability for future quarters in 2020. Good entry point between $110-$120 if it retraces.
FVRR Bearish Engulfing DojiFVRR just broke below its upward moving trendline, and has formed doji's the past several days, showing indecision in price with a potential for reversal. Today it has formed a bearish engulfing doji, where todays negative price has completely engulf yesterdays price action. This generally acts as a bearish sign for the short term. I expect this to fall to the 102 range in the next couple days.
FVRR: I expect 20-50%% revenue growth vs 7% analysts expectingAnalysts expectation on Fiverr revenue in Q2 $36,540.00 (report will be published Aug 05 before the market opens)
It's 7.00% quarter to quarter
My analysis says it would be from 20% to 50% growth. So revenue approx. $46,102.50
But after this release and stock growing based on surprisingly good performance I expect Q3 would be the same dynamic meaning price will fall
So 2 ideas:
1) Buy now before report published
2) Sell after the market reacts on the earning report
