IRON Mountain IRMOn the Weekly time frame we can observe that the candles are hitting the upper channel with a strong bull exhaustion. The Stochastic Momentum Index an the MACD on a Daily time frame are showing a bearish sign. I think we are going slowly in a distribution zone with sideways movements .
IRM trade ideas
$IRM - callsrecent golden cross
Made a nice run on earnings
Bought calls Feb 23 and sold them Feb 24 for 50% gains
Working on a repeat play today
Buying April 16 $35 ($1.3) strike at the open and the April 16th $32.5 ($2.5) strike at the open with the assumption that this may run a bit and then pull back. It was relatively strong in yesterday's fall.
I let the trade come to me. If my limit buys do not fill then I am ok with that.
IRON MOUNTAIN BUY!!!The first real estate investment trust, or REIT, on this list, Iron Mountain specializes in storage and information management services. The company claims to store and protect $18 billion in assets from more than 225,000 organizations globally. IRM's legal structure as a REIT allows it to avoid double taxation. It must pay out 90% of taxable income to its shareholders, but in exchange, it pays no corporate taxes. Investors willing to prioritize steady income over meaningful growth potential should consider Iron Mountain. Shares tend to trade within a relatively narrow range and currently yield 8.1%.
IRON MOUNTAIN Analysis DailyHello traders, IRON MOUNTAIN is in a fake bearish movement as can be seen on the shadow and looking at the volumes performed. It is possible that we hit the first median, which corresponds to heading on the previous one above and that we go on top of this wicked after seeing the future decision making.

Iron Mounting Turning Into Mole HillsIron Mountain has a terminal core business that is losing physical document storage at the local level to local competitors with "in town" connections. The shredding business is dying quickly. The data storage that they spent mountains of money on is plagued by inadequate resources and a shit sales team. The company has a huge debt and only held on in the recent quarter BECAUSE business slowed. As offices get back to work, Iron Mountain will lose more document storage contracts at the local level. And, they will never put a dent in the data storage space competing against the tech titans. The company will sell the data storage business and cut the dividend to survive, not necessarily in that order. Technicals show a price in the teens soon.
INTEL/IRON MOUNTAIN, one more similar charts...After accumulation under Support/Resistance Zone, we can see a powerful up move.
Intel chart as an example. IRON MOUNTAIN can repeat this scenario.

These stocks have the highest dividend yields in the hot real-estate sector, FROM MARKET WATCH
With the Federal Reserve cutting short-term rates twice recently and reversing its decision to shrink its balance sheet earlier this year, along with continued stimulative central bank policies in other developed economies, there’s no reason not to expect the big money flow to continue, along with plenty of support for shares of real-estate investment trusts.

Did Iron Mountain found its valley ?Chart
Iron Mountain NYSE:IRM formed a nice low on weekly timeframe and currently tries to do the same on monthly.
So let's see how it goes during the next days and how it ends the month.
Generally the price is in an interesting area at the bottom of the long term trend channel and the chance is there that it turns around.
Dividend
7.7 % Dividend
4 years Dividend growth
5 year Dividend Growth 19.79%

MACD CROSSINGThe MACD 15 and the 30 are about to cross to positive and this stock is still oversold the highest price target on the stock is $51 and the lowest $21 having a median target price of $37. CCI and RSI is oversold and earnings was a beat with a good outlook. I believe this stock is a buy with a price target of $35 by December and the price will be dragged back after that.
Massive 8%+ Dividend Yield w/ Weekly Trend IntactWow. As per usual with a crazy downwards move we have an analyst to take for the drop. But does the rest of the forecast and overall fundamentals still hold up?
IRM management has been showing signs of being aggresively offensive IMHO in switching parts of their business into new service areas and new markets to increase revenue year-on-year.
If we take a moment to zoom out to the long-term picture on the weekly chart. We can see that the overall trend is still upwards and even with a massive drop yesterday. The price ended up kissing the upwards trendline and finding support.
I'm adding to my position here and continue to see IRM as a solid long-term play. Not to mention that 8%+ dividend yield at current prices while we wait.
Iron Mountain Incorporated (IRM)Hi, I am a swing trader and dividend stock investor and this is my first analysis on TradingView.
Just trying thinks out.
This trend analysis is about Iron Mountain Incorporated (IRM) which is a high dividend stock (currently 7.6% p.a.).
Iron Mountain has built a trend line which holds since 1997 and is being tested right now at around $30 ( 0.66 Fib @ $29.73).
Momentum indicators tell me it is still too early to buy now, because no bullish momentum on 1W and 1M TF.
It could easily happen that we see a short wick down to the .786 Fib retracement ($27.48) then we may see a exhaustion of bearish momentum.
At this point I´ll update my analysis as this could be a good long opportunity.
