Potential risk/reward ratio = 1 to 13.5 meaning that potential risk 100$ with the possibility to make 13.5$

The company's total portfolio has 50.6 million square feet gross leasable area and averaged $801 sales per square foot for the past 12 months, with the consolidated portfolio averaging $646 sales per square foot and the unconsolidated portfolio averaging $998 sales per square foot.

MAC TA 1/26/21MAC is on the hedge funds' most shorted stocks list. The other contenders are already in cover territory for the most part, MAC is relatively undervalued compared to the rest and has high potential to be a long term hold as a dividend producing REIT as well.
With a huge short interest at 57.39% of float, any squeezes on this will be gigantic. Daily volume being relatively low, any volume jumps can cause large price movements. I have laid out rough FIBs that I like here and my final PT is $49 with partials at $30 and $40.
$MAC - i hate malls anywaysIf you are going to look into REITs my humble opinion is one that is not dealing in Mall properties. This is a personal thoughts but i think this is all the TA needed on why sticking my money into something else is a safer option.... unless you want to buy in @ 2009 levels.
