SCI breaking above horizontal resistance largest public funeral home company. Raised outlook and EPS last quarter. Excess death figures around the world are at levels never seen before, averaging 15% above normal. Why, think what you want but the only common denominator is the jab. More that 5 billion people have taken the jab.

Long term investment ideaHi every body. So first i will start with fundamentals. I think this is a good company to invest in for the long term because funeral area is the kind of service that will always have demand from customers. After that, i thinks service corporation intl has already prove its reputation because they operate since 1962 so i dont think they'll vanish in the next years. Note that the P/E ratio is at 15.23 wich is good. In Q2 2021 they has a revenue of 987M USD and earnings of 157M USD and have a positive growth annualy.
On the chart you see that it destroyd the resistance level of a long consolidation, wich i like to see before entering the market.
Thank you and have a good night

Strong potential to reach the next high and if the buyers are still in the process of reaching the one to come (See TIMEFRAME H4). This corresponds to the DAILY for a later adjustment on this TIMEFRAME.

SCI breakouts out on higher volumeSCI is a low priced stock so this makes it easier for those with smaller accounts to trade.
Yesterday saw price break out from the recent pullback. Although price only marginally cleared the recent pivot high it was a bullish bar with higher volume. This pullback looks a little deep but was in fact quite within an acceptable level.
Since breaking though and retesting the 2013 high (at around $20) the uptrend has become more linear. Initially the 50sma was being used as support but now price momentum is much stronger. It is still early days for this trend and, with earnings due to be released on 29th April, it may be worth holding off making a decision on this stock just yet.
