$TREX Short Into Earnings After The ClosePurely speculation based on bearish divergences and past earning's selloffs about $10.00 down if missing expectations. I bought one TREX 11/15 exp $80 strike put option looking for a nice move down. Spending $148 to make several times that if I'm right. Goodluck and as always do your own due diligence.
Reasonable $TREX short1- Both long term (orange) and short term (blue) divs on "GretzkyDiv". This guarantees nothing, but is real easy to spot and can complement other forms of analysis.
2- Stop run on previous highs
3- When do trends end? Usually after a crash downward, then a slow chunky crawl back to the top
there are many obvious and freely available reasons to short this thing (most notably a free real vision and hedgeye videos). I just wanted to share the more intuitive pieces of what I'm looking at.
