$ZIM looking to open a long positionIt seems that the stock has reached an oversold level and its right above the support level at approximately 60$ I am thinking of opening a long position. Great value trade in my opinion and as the market is flashing red again it might be a good option. In terms of fundamentals the company has terrific PE and forward PE ratios, great ROI, ROE, ROA and great margins. In an environment where inflation runs super hot thats a company that I believe will capitalize on it and improve their margins. Let me know your thoughts on $ZIM they have a crazy dividend yield as well which I am not sure if its a good sign at they are close to 20% dividend yield which seems a bit to much.
Hoping to get back in ZIM in the low 50sUsing the regression trend and adjusting for dividends shows a nice tend for ZIM and good entries at the bottom of the trend. I would keep a 5% stop below the regression trend to be cautious of a trend change. You can also see the 144 daily EMA (bright purple) as potential support at the same time. The steep peak with the MACD shows me that a tank like this is certainly possible.
Also look out for a potential H&S that I charted out. Here we would be trading the right shoulder and even if it becomes a H&S pattern, there is a 20% gain potential if the trade is successful.

Ascending Broadening Wedge Visible on Weekly Time FrameWe gave Double Bearish Divergence on the RSI and are at the Supply Line of this Weekly Ascending Broadening Wedge. We are however very near 100 an di wouldn't be surprised if it just came to visit the area's of 100 before coming down but at this point in the chart would be a nice place to take profit or take a shot a being Bearish.
As of right now the put options are very expensive for this stock most of the puts are trading at about 3-5 times the price of the calls for the same strike so we will have to wait for those puts premiums to go down but if they ever do it will be a nice entry.
ZIM Huge Dividend IdeaSo the idea is that this price will not fall as much as the dividend amount due to beating earnings and lots of momentum.
My break even price after the dividend is 68.25 a share.
