RGRX REGENERX BIOPHARMACEUTICALS This stock just completed a major bottoming pattern and buy volume just started. This is not for investors but rolling the dice on this stock could double in a few days. RGRX REGENERX BIOPHARMACEUTICALS is focused on the development of a therapeutic peptide Thymosin beta 4(Tb4) for tissue and organ protection, repair, and regeneration. RegeneRx operates in the development and marketing of Tb4, an amino acid peptide. Tb4 is a synthetic copy of a naturally occurring 43-amino acid peptid originally isolated from bovine thymus glands. The news is there partner has just be bought out much larger entity HLB Consortium. With that news the possibility of acquisition by HLB Consortium also.

RGRX Break Out ExpectedWe have a pharma stock losing money, with patents, products and licensing agreements but no proven product yet. They must either put out phase 3 results, borrow money or sell stock to larger company. I do not know which outcome is coming but this has to happen in the next 30 days. The run that has started will either take it up 300 % or it will drop 50%. This is highly risky bet at .65 per shaare. My belief is that they have a buyer in the wings and trying to sweeten the deal.
