The Leasing segment consists of operations of Festival Supermall and renting of office spaces in Makati City, Alabang, and Muntinlupa City. The company was founded by Andrew L. Gotianun Sr. on November 24, 1989 and is headquartered in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
