It operates through the following segments: Real Estate, Hotel, Manufacturing, and Others. The Real Estate segment refers to RLC, which is the real estate arm of the Group. The Hotel Segment covers the RAHC, Anya Resort Tagaytay, and Anya Hospitality Group. The Manufacturing segment comprises of the RSAI, which is a subsidiary of the Parent Company and manufacturing arm of the Group. The Other segment include the Parent Company, which owns various tracts of lands in Nasugbu, Batangas, and RGEC, an entity established primarily for renewable energy. The company was founded on October 7, 1918 and is headquartered in Makati, Philippines.
