The Faucets segment deals with the manufacture, development, marketing, and sale of kitchen and bathroom faucets made of metal. The Sanitary Tools in Israel segment engages in import, marketing, and sales of earthenware sanitary tools. The Sanitary Tools Abroad segment engages in production, development, marketing, and sale of sanitary ware overseas. The Plastics and Plumbing segment handles the manufacture, development, marketing, and sale of plastic plumbing and sanitation products. The Distribution segment includes import, procurement, marketing, and distribution of faucets and related accessories, plumbing products, irrigation and landscaping accessories, sanitary tools, and related accessories for bathrooms in Israel. The Retail and Ceramics segment deals with import, local procurement, marketing, and sale of finished construction products for the private sector, for contractors, and traders operating in Israel. The Kitchen segment includes the production, marketing, and sale of kitchen doors, panels, surfaces, and other kitchen design related products. The Others segment consists of production, import, and marketing of glass showers, complementary products for the bath and kitchen, as well as sanitary products for home design in the United States. The company was founded in 1944 and is headquartered in Ashdod, Israel.
