1/3/25 - $nice - nice sub $170 looks e-z buy1/3/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: NASDAQ:NICE nice sub $170 looks e-z buy - DD top line growth (meh, but "good") - 70% GM, 35% EBITDA mgn, *nice* - pretty near 100% FCF conversion (NI->FCF) and FCF yield about 8% on a ~10 bn EV - healthy balance sheet, net cash by ~1 billy - at 14x next yr PE (closer to 12x cash adjusted) for DD EPS growth, your mgn of safety is pretty good here - not the most liquid name, so tough to buy calls until we see an obvious catalyst. but i'm building exposure here w/ some good cash balance (and i've monetized a bit of NYSE:UBER and NASDAQ:NVDA and NASDAQ:NXT which were massive positions of mine into YE and the first two days printed). - would like to do more work, but it's not my first time looking at the name, think it's better than cash but want to identify catalyst and "where" they stand in terms of AI offer V

5/17/24 - $nice - don't get too cute; mapping out the trade here5/17/24 - vrockstar - NASDAQ:NICE - still wrapping my hands around the asset itself (so will re-engage in the coming weeks/ or next Q on a more nuanced view). however, the key question i'm asking are a few things 1) is it growing above *real* inflation which is probably DD, at least in the terminal? "yes" is the answer - 15% and confirmed by the recent print + guide. check 2) how does valuation look v. peers? nearly 4x sales at this pt w/ mid teens compounding growth and now 18x PE. is 18x PE fair for a 10bn size co growing at this rate of 20%? probably cheap. stock *has* sold off. 3) so then, what's the rub/ what's the downside here? let's imagine a trough multiple of 15x (again this is a. high mgn b. cloud c. gaining share) on the mid pt of '24 and '25 PE (I've done similar on glob to meet in the middle of many mkt expectations/ time horizons). that's a 15x on $11 which is roughly $165/shr stock. I think that's the minimum and frankly don't think we go there outside a general risk puke and in which case it's not fundamental anyway. 4) we could argue about upside from here, but when you consider the low multiples v peers, the CAGR on revenue/ EPS... needless to say all else equal this is a 15-20% annual compounder. so unless it's broken, we're looking to time entry/ map out drawdown more than pick short term price targets, esp given the recent px action. 5) i've been wrangling this all day y day and today, lightening up on small pops, going larger on bigger drawdowns. i'm at 100% of my desired size, which is currently about a 3.5% position in my book. i'd be willing to take this to 5% should we get to the low $180s. that's the swing for me and i'd lighten that up >$200 (that incremental stake). 6) these are the co's ( NASDAQ:NICE that is) that can acts as a pseudo risk on but w/ managed downside. the majority of the mkt remains v expensive for simila growth. and again i'm not downplaying the ceo leaving, but this doesn't change much in the immediate term. let's see where the dust settles as we head into 2H. it's a v rentable stock too if you're looking for income at key levels. e.g. 6/21 200C's will print you $4/shr from current levels. i'd personally not give that upside given the above logic. however, it's an option for locking in a better basis at this pt heading into next wk. be safe. gl to all. leave a comment if you agree/ disagree.

5/15/24 - $nice - small swing long into AM EPS; checks the boxes5/15/25 - vrockstar - NASDAQ:NICE - setup reminds me a bit of NYSE:DT into the close y day as well as other SaaS names. valuation remains reasonable for 15% growth, a little over 5x sales, low 20s PE, 3.5% fcf yield. seems to check the boxes there. i'd previously set a greedier target of lower $200's for entry, but this tape seems to want to basically buy all things. i will be swining long this name into the print tmr AM in small size. exit ~$240 or a bit above is the tgt.

Head and Shoulders/Earnings Tomorrow BMOTESTING this pattern. Earnings are tomorrow BMO unless something changes. From what I have read, NICE is supposed to beat earnings but the talking heads and analysts can pick earnings apart if they want. Just curious as to what will happen as this is definitely an UGLY top. There is no telling what this market will do! No recommendation/this pattern is not valid unless neckline is broken with a downtrend. NICE Ltd. provides enterprise software solutions worldwide. Cup and HandleCup and handle and is right around break out level. Bearish divergence earlier on (white lines or price and RSI) that may or may not have corrected completely. There is also a possible shark/bullish forming but not sure. If so It would take price to the .886 (marked). It is a matter of which pattern wins, the cup or the harmonic shark pattern. Throwbacks occur when price breaks long entry level only to return underneath in a week or two and can hurt performance. This may clue someone in to see what is going on. The pattern forming over the handle has a 2nd peak which is higher than the first one. This pattern has not really completely formed and may not even interfere with the cup pattern, just an fyi. Yearly and long term high of 304.50 is at that 2nd peak. No recommendation. Price is riding the 50 SMA and the 50 has crossed up and through the 200 and the 100. The 100 has recently crossed up through the 200 which is all bullish crossovers. All these moving averages are sloping up as is the 20 but a bit droopy at the top. The 50 crossing up and through the 200 is called a golden cross by many. I also try to remember moving averages are lagging indicators, and have seen golden crosses occur and price go down. Some would rather rely on what price is telling you or what volume is telling you. Others look at Elliott Waves and some look at chart patterns (o: Technical indicators can help folks too. We are all different. Watching a stock move for a bit before buying it can be helpful. Learning how it responds to good and bad news can help. Does it never look back once it gets going or does it stall at resistance levels?

Nice- conflict between long time uptrend to short time downtrendNASDAQ:NICE Nice stock just got into intresting position. You can see, that in the last half year, since the Covid-19 has started - the stock had major down support line that helps it keet his uptrend, and until now Its help make nice profits. On the other hand, for the couple days, there is upper Resistance that make the all stock moving by the downtrend. those 2 will meet in a few hours, and then I belive we will see massive move to one of the direction. this point will present a good support or Resistance , according to the move that will happen. I belive that the Support will win the Resistance so we will keep the beautiful uptrend, but non of us know for sure :) Trade well
