We also see M pattern which expect that the price will go back to a Neck line (Green dashed line).

Statistically, it is breaking down, but it is worth pointing out that the coin has already corrected quite strongly from its high and there could be bear traps in the market now. Therefore, strictly use the risk management and set stop losses. In the case of squeezing and a breakout of a key level, there may be a good opportunity to sell. In case of a false breakdown of the level of $0.196, there could be a good buying opportunity.

A perfect entry should be when the price breaks and retests the trendline to the upside as indicated on the charts.
You can also see the first target level and the second target level on the chart, providing we see a good price reaction at the first target level the second target level will be good to go.
