The Finance segment provides loans for motorcycles in Thailand. The Content segment is engaged in content planning, production, editing, designing, wholesale, retail, distribution and related right business of music, magazines, books, trading card games, Webs and others. The Product Sales segment is engaged in wholesale and retail of toys, magazines and other related goods. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had 11 subsidiaries.
