Black Berry Smart Money AnalyisisSmart Money used the range to trap retail traders to provide liquidity and to get rid of weak hands who slow the move. The fake breakout to the upside turned those buyers into sellers as it broke out of the range to the downside. Short sellers saw this and joined in, providing liquidity for smart money's massive buy orders below. Once they bought up all the available supply they used market orders to aggressively move prices up to the supply zone. Now buyers are trapped and the false sell pattern on intraday caused shorts to buy, adding more liquidity for smart money as they have massive sell orders to fill.

Does BB hold warnings for tech giants? BB invented the smart phone, and that concept really caught on. But it didn't reflect in the BB stock. BB was once very top of the game. But things changed. One has to wonder if similar fates are in store for mega stocks like AAPL and MSFT. While this seems crazy based on what we're used to seeing from these stocks, it also would have seemed crazy for BB at the time of the high. Look at the final spike out of the high. Scroll your chart so you can only see the last bull candle and the first bear candle, and ask yourself - would this not have looked exactly the same at the high? MSFT: AAPL: Both of these have now made the moves I expected to see in big top in SPX. I'm starting to think it's a lot more possible we might have big highs in now. If we do what we should see is the sell-off continue for a while, a big bull trap and then upon the failure of the next rally to make a new high (Forming a head and shoulders, probably) we enter into a real bear market.

BlackBerry Ltd (BB), DailyBlackBerry Ltd (symbol ‘BB’) share price has made a remarkable gain of around 53% in the first 5 months of the year and is currently trading in a range at the time of this report. The company is expected to report its earnings for the fiscal quarter on Thursday 22nd of June. The consensus EPS for the quarter is $-0.06 compared to the result for the same quarter last year of $-0.06. ‘ Even though the company managed to recover some of its losses in 2023 it is still not profitable, recording negative earnings for at least the last 4 consecutive quarters. On the financial side the company’s current ratio is just above 100% (102% to be specific) meaning that currently it is able to cover its short term liabilities with the current assets in possession while the total assets outweigh the total liabilities at a ratio of around 2:1.’ said Antreas Themistokleous at Exness. From the technical analysis perspective the price is currently trading above its moving averages with the 20 SMA acting as a support for the time being. The Stochastic oscillator is not indicating any overbought or oversold levels even though its on the move to the oversold side. The 50 moving average is still trading above the 100 day moving average indicating that the bullish momentum is still valid while the Bollinger bands have contracted significantly giving reason to the sideway movement seen on the chart in the last month.

$BB Trend ReversalBlakeBerry Limited is showing a sloped inverse head and shoulder on the daily. Following earnings there was a high volume surge pushing the price higher, maybe selling those patents was a great idea after all... Anyway, this is currently a risky play to enter now as price action is below 200MA. Depending on this coming weeks stock performance I might jump in on some option calls. I do like that the price seems to have stabilized all week around $4.55. My entry would be around $4.35 with a stop loss at $4.15.

$BB Goes to $4.50?In my previous chart on $BB, I wondered if BB would pick a true direction in the coming session and speculated it would be another trend downward. Looks like I was right. I see two possible paths from here: (1) BB walks down to about $4.40 and then starts to move back up slow and steady to the middle or top of the broadening channel; Or, (2) we see a precipitous drop to about $4.20 and form a *spring* that leads to a significant bounce. I'm fine with either. I like cheap $BB shares.
