The fund is the first ETF in the market that offers exposure to a portfolio of physically-held Bitcoin. This means that by holding this ETF, investors holds actual Bitcoin in their portfolio. The fund is designed as a buy-and-hold investment in hopes to provide investors with the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. As such, the fund will not speculate with regard to short-term changes in Bitcoin prices. It also will not use derivatives instrument for non-hedging purposes.
