The fund is designed to make bullish bets on the stock price of Coinbase Global, Inc. Class A (COIN). The fund is expected to enter into cash borrowing, invest in equity securities, interest-bearing accounts, and T-Bills, and enter into derivative agreements. The objective is to obtain daily leveraged exposure equivalent to 200% of the fund's net assets. To maintain this exposure, daily rebalancing is conducted to adjust for COINs daily price movements. Purchasers holding shares for longer than a day need to monitor and frequently rebalance their position to attempt to achieve the 2x multiple. As a geared product, the fund is intended as a short-term tactical tool, rather than as a long-term investment vehicle.
