DOOO BRP Inc Options Ahead of EarningsAnalyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of DOOO BRP Inc prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 70usd strike price Puts with
an expiration date of 2024-2-16,
for a premium of approximately $2.50.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.

Bull Flag
One way to guesstimate targets, is to take the pole and project it from the lower trendline of the flag. Not all bull flags break to the upside. but you can place a stop below the bottom trendline.
No recommendation.

DOOO Close to going above resistance.Consider long on close above resistance.
This is a recreational vehicle company. Most of us need an outdoor recreational vehicle NOW.
Two targets given Lower one is from the positive reversal in the RSI. The higher from possible Fib relationships.
You could use close above the current uptrend line as stop.
Process your way.
One of the Stock Markets Top Consumer Goods CompaniesBRP is one of the more interesting companies right now in that it manufacturers, designs (innovates) and produces high-end and lucrative consumer goods products ranging from a few thousand to over 15-20k on average: Ski-Doo's, Can-Am's, 3 Wheelers, Snowmobiles and other types of goods are in its portfolio. In-fact, many people probably purchase these goods without knowing that they all fall under BRP as a company.
Despite people being somewhat uncertain regarding the global economy, the consumer still remains relatively strong, or I should say, at-least willing to continue to take on more debt. For this reason, the stock will continue to appreciate rather dramatically until the economy begins to tank.
BRP does an excellent job creating hype around their products and has performed incredibly well with solid eps/revenue and profits.
Technically, the stock will likely keep rising steadily (~$80-82) up until roughly a 2 week period prior to earnings. An earnings beat allows it to soar further; an earnings not beat (unlikely) allows it to drop (as shown by history).
For those interested in consumer goods products like Coca-Cola, Walmart, Pepsico, etc, you may want to look into BRP for its record earnings and far superior capital appreciation.

DOOO EarningsBought 1k shares this morning for earnings and decided to sell it this afternoon, figured why risk it when it's already given you 5% in 5 hours? Not worth the risk on a thinly traded stock, 44k shares traded today and that's big volume. It might gap up big tomorrow though and get some follow through from short squeeze.
Anyways, watch stocks for pre-earnings runup if the market continues to melt up. Less risky than betting on earnings.
