The fund aims to provide income and long-term capital growth while focusing on hedging against inflation. It primarily invests in global companies operating in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, but may also invest in the following: (i) common shares of global companies operating outside of the real estate and infrastructure sectors, (ii) income trusts, (iii) REITs, (iv) ADRs or GDRs, and: (v) convertible securities (including rights and warrants).
