In selecting these securities, the portfolio will emphasize income-generating potential. TOCC may contain ETFs managed by TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), as well as invest in other income-producing securities directly, and may use derivatives to achieve its intended exposure. TOCC is a part of TDAMs asset allocation suite, sibling fund TOCA is 90% invested in equities while TOCM is 60% invested in equities.
