In order to mitigate risks and generate income, the index will generally write covered call options on 50% of the portfolios securities and may vary based on market volatility and other factors. To enhance returns, this fund employs an approximate 1.25x leverage through the use of cash borrowing. The fund does not seek to hedge its exposure back to CAD.
