The fund provides exposure to gold mining companies listed in North America that are included in the Dow Jones North America Select Junior Gold Index which weights its constituents by market-cap with single security capping at 15%. The index considers a company to be eligible if on both full and float-adjusted market-cap basis, it falls within the 75% to 100% cumulative range of the eligible GICS sub-industries, is incorporated in Canada or the US, and if it meets minimum market-cap and average daily trading volume requirements. The fund is primarily designed for investors seeking growth solutions while exposed to a diversified portfolio of junior gold North American equities. Additionally, it holds the constituents securities in the same ratio as they are seen in the index. The index is rebalanced and reweighted quarterly.
