The fund provides exposure to US corporate high-yields. The index includes USD-denominated, non-investment grade, fixed-rate, taxable bonds. Eligible securities must have at least one year remaining until maturity and are rated Ba1/BB+/BB+ or below. The index draws from a more liquid component of the US Corporate High Yield index. The index includes only the three largest bonds from each issuer that have a minimum amount outstanding of USD 500 million and less than five years from issue date. The market-value-weighted index limits each issuer to 2% and undergoes monthly rebalance. The fund aims to hold fixed income securities in parallel proportions as they are reflected in the index and it may also hold other ETFs.
