FLT what A JokeThis is a funny wave count. I will be perplexed if this is correct. This is what I want to see with a small percentage of being right.... Or it will continue lower...
FLT swingEntered the trade as it moved above the long term trend line and the moving averages.
The TSX indicie is bouncing off support levels, and FLT is showing good signs on the MACD, going above averages and today has higher than usual volume.
I am hoping for a continuation of these conditions into next week.
No stop loss set for now, I am monitoring so I want it to show strength next week and stay above the moving averages.
FLT - looking for reversal opportunities From a technical perspective.
It has been on quiet a significant down trend that started in February 2021.
It has three levels of support outlines
.90 (failed)
.79 (to be determined)
.60 (to be determined)
Average trading volume.
The TSX has been on a Decline that started September 6th. However, FLT has really under performed the market as it has been on a long term decline at this point.
The more I look into it, the more I feel that FLT was un-fairely left behind, I see potential with this holding. They are far ahead of others, specially here in Canada, in developing the technology required for their intended operations.

Highlights:
The balance sheets look good. They have 41 Million in assets compared to 2 million in liabilities.
The burn rate is at about 4 million this year, but the company has 35 million in cash. There was a 2% decline in revenue this last quarter.
Management has sold shared recently.

Ideal scenario:
- If we hit a level of support and both the TSX and this stock show signs of reversals.
- Stock starts moving up forming a new trend (above moving averages and trend lines)
- insiders start buying back in (which creates a huge level of support)
- increasing volume
Those conditions would be ideal.
More likely, if I see rising volume and a move above the trend line, I would take a chance, specially if the overall market conditions are decent.
This really could be very decent if we are patient enough with it.
Elliot wave theory and more$FLT has been following Elliott wave theory perfectly since the upward break from the descending channel (blue). In Elliott wave theory there are 5 waves, Wave 1,3 and 5 are ascending (pumps) and wave 2 and 4 and descending (dumps). With each Elliott wave (1-5) there is a complete sub-Elliott wave 1-5 followed by an ABC correction. The first wave has already carried out the sub 1-5 waves perfectly (blue) and the ABC correction could come with the back test of the descending channel (yellow) and the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level. The back test of the descending channel/0.618 Fibonacci retracement level also lines up with the ascending triangle breakdown target (which it has potentially broken down from). I believe this to be the most probable case as $FLT hasn't yet created a higher high, meaning a final lower low is possible before the first 3 wave impulse.
If the coming "3" wave impulse (which is the most parabolic) hits the 2.272 Fibonacci retracement the price would be ~$8. We could then see a retracement to the 0.236 Fibonacci level (which is typical for a 3 wave) which would put the price at ~$4.9. Then, if we see a final 5 wave impulse to the 1.618 Fibonacci retracement level then the price would hit ~$10.85.
If the targets I set aren't met, a good time to take profits during the 3 wave and 5 wave impulse is when you see a bearish divergence (on the daily) in the RSI/price action (red lines) accompanied by the 5th impulse wave.
FLT Showing Strength After Last Drop (Bullish)With multiple patents and permits being acquired recently by FLT there's clearly strong growth from a business standpoint. From a chart / technical standpoint, we seem to be bottoming out from the last drop. We've set a higher low, a positive sign for a bullish case, now the only question is whether a higher high will be printed. On a lower time frame, a break of the local high ($1.38 - $1.41) would also confirm a strong bull case. With the Covid delta variant causing fear, there is a general uncertainty in the market. To be absolutely certain I would wait for a break of the monthly high ($1.77), which would definitively confirm a bull case on a higher time frame. This is an exciting space with a strong and practical outlook for the future.
$FLT.V Drone Delivery Canada Watchlist - needs Vol to confirm$FLT.V $TAKOF is tightening up and having buyers step in recently. Still needs to do some work with volume and price but this could present a swing trade up to the mean with respect to LR. $1.65 Profit Target. I do not have a position in this security.

FLT accumelation stage - FLT has not been the subject of short seller reports
- FLT is doing quiet well compared to competition in terms of their research and advancement.
- The Doji is a good sign, and it has since been followed by a good day.
We may see a reversal although this would be ruined if the markets keep moving in a choppy way.
I am going to look at it on Monday and Tuesday.

FLT New ATHI am long very definitively on FLT.
I think FLT is the best Canadian Drone system wise. And the drone industry is going to be booming for 10+ years.
There are good options on the US side, but for Canadian, FLT has the most contracts is by far ahead of its competition as far as testing and advancement is concerned.
The only thing better is holding military related air defence stocks that have good drones for military/police use. Do you follow any good ones?

The Drone space has been running for a bit. So I am watching closely for a 'possible' consolidation, reversal in the short term, which does not change a good future outlook.
Drones are coming ! TAKOF drone delivery Canada is going mad !!so we covered the stock thoroughly in our DD article on our site so I will not expand here but just go over several facts:
they were founded in 2014 and currently using an AI integrated system called FLYTE that is not fully AI yet and monitored by staff in DDC headquarters but I expect full AI in the upcoming years.
they have 3 main types of drones the smallest called Sparrow with a range of 30km and can carry 4.5kg of payload
the second drone is Robin XL which can travel 60 km and can carry 11.3kg of payload and the biggest one goes by the name of Condor and can carry over 180kg and can travel 200 km distance which looks like a mini-helicopter!
the drone industry is expected to cross 300 B $ by 2030 acc to estimations by ARK invest that caused the drone industry to rally up
we choose to focus on this stock because the fundamentals are great but the technical are amazing !!
Let's talk Technicals:
The stock was IPO at 1.3772 and it is now touching the IPO level at 1.3558- reached a high of 1.5372 last week.
I LOVE that fact the POC is so high (red line)!! that is very very rare – the POC is at 1.442 which is currently higher than stock price (this formation of the volume is called P shape)
The purple square on the right shows us again an unusual behavior – the higher price levels are already accumulated so the stock can easily pass these areas with no need for convergence (good !)
The lower areas below 1.07 are empty meaning that if the stock drops to that area it can easily keep falling as these areas are not tested (Bad!)
so we cannot have stock falling below 1.08.
Stochastic is in the overbought area but we saw it correcting a bit in the last 4h which is prob because of the pump and dump behavior of the market lately which affects most of the other penny stocks.
One last thing worth mentioning is the tiny gap we have between 1.31 to 1.34 which may need to get filled as gaps will usually do but this is so minor that it won’t have much effect.
How would I play it > I would see pre-market action as always and see if I get a nice pullback to enter, if we see stock rallying pre-market we would not enter until around 17:00 – 18:00 UK time as it is the reverse of the true direction of the stock and can give us a nice correction entry.
We at FDGT the Traders Union are very bullish on the stock and we gave it a price target of 2.7 in the upcoming 2 months - with this meme market we may see it in the upcoming weeks LOL
