It operates through following divisions: Industrial Construction, Civil Construction, Petroleum Specialized Construction and Installation, and Industrial Production. The Industrial Construction Division builds thermal power, mechanical fabrication, shipbuilding, and gas power plants. The Civil Construction division offers investment, consultancy, design, and construction of civil works, offices, hotels, resorts, luxury residential buildings, steel structured buildings, and skyscrapers. The Petroleum Specialized Construction and Installation division designs, constructs, maintains, repairs, and installs petroleum and chemical refinery plants, and gas pipelines. The Industrial Production manufactures and trades mechanical, shipbuilding, and industrial materials. The company was founded on September 14, 1983 and is headquartered in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
