It operates through the following segments: High-Voltage Accessories (HVA), Medium Voltage Cable Accessories (MVA), DC and High-Voltage Cable Accessories (HVD), Components (COM), and Overhead Line Technology (OHL). The HVA segment includes cable accessories such as terminations, joints, and connections for transformers and switchgears. The MVA segment is composed of the main product line MV-CONNEX, which provides solutions for transformer or cable connections. The HVD segment consists of cable accessories for high-voltage direct current transmission. The COM segment offers shear bolt connection solutions for conductors. The OHL segment refers to the insulation and connection solutions for overhead line systems. The company was founded by Karl Pfisterer in 1921 and is headquartered in Winterbach, Germany.
