XRPUSD If we don't break above 3.29, we will go below 3.20. A close above 3.16 favors a move towards 3.29 and a possible breakout

XRPUSD I've been in this for a few years using the same signals and stats and never have I seen what is happening right now. It happened yesterday for about an hour and today it started at 7:00am est. I have so far 12 sell signals in a row on 12 consequtive bars on the 15min. One bar has a buy and a sell on the same bar. Something completely different is taking place than has ever before since I've been in this. It's only with XRP also. All other cryptos is not doing this. WTH.
