this shows 3 years of Volume Profile on the /ES. The peaks in the volume profile are called HVN for high volume node and they show large amounts of trading at certain price points. You can adjust the date range for yourself.
This shows a Volume Profile of MES continuous contract back as far as I could get it to go. Value Area is set to 100%. The idea is to see price levels with large volume over time (HVNs).
