just a setup idea. i've seen like this price action lots of time. decreasing volume long bullish trend on rsi i think there is nothing to do for bulls on low time frame let see what happen.

I am expecting last quick dump around 17200-16200. then i will look some rsi diverges. let see what will happen.

I am expecting pull back for bears till around 19700 and then one more drop to around 16700-16300 which must be wick on htf. and then our next stop is around 24k. not a financial advice. that is just my prediction. good luck and have fun..
