IF this leg up (W4) IS an ABC, then this confirms the count and all is left is to watch the last W5 of W5 of W5 of WC to find the bottom.
Unless W5 of W5 of WC fails (truncation) then the bottom was the low on Feb 1st.
If for any other reason it doesn't make sense, it's probably...
