Following a series of bad news we have entered the capitulation phase of the current downcycle.
The Reopening of the Thurso mill (which according to their suppliers has already started to purchuase input materials again), the final orders for the landqart mill's new swiss franc and/or the final ruling of MOFCOM all could provide upward catalysts in the near future.
