Hi Mates; I think BTC movement is clear after closing 4h candle, if the candle is higher than green trend line, which is weekly trend line started from DEC 2017, the price will jump up to 24500~24900 and even higher but if the candle close lower than that trend line it will drop to ~21500 and even to 20k around the lower green trend line.
