ETH has been on an absolute tear over the past week or so; As seen in the price action as well as the predominant ETH/BTC pairing. At this point, ETH/BTC has hit a pretty significant resistance area. It appears the first weekly resistance identified has proven as a stop point for this tear-up on ETH. Given our principal on mean regression, we would expect ETH/BTC...
Update on my prior post. Matic did indeed see a squeeze on the pendant formation from earlier. However, without enough strength and upwards momentum, it appears we may have an unsuccessful break through of local resistance point ~0.93 area; This combined with the poor narrative of Tornado Cash vs SEC could mark a failed breakout and a corresponding leg down....
If we hold above weekly resistance to flip support - another 25%+room for the next leg up. If we close below however - we have a long way down ton~1200-1400
Even on the hein narrative of the exploit - it looks like we've got a perfect bounce on-trend. If this holds, I expect Solana to retest the $44.00 area. Any further breaks below trend that hold or close on the daily is likely bad news bears and we could see another leg down.
Had to readjust and update the pendant from prior. Still maintain the same philosophy as bulls seem to have trouble clean breaking this local top. Any further stay in this zone could indicate a fat move down pending.
