There are a few technical reasons (apart from the psychological ones) to consider shorting NQ at this point: 1- Divergence. 2- Wide distance between price, 20 and 200 SMA (thank you Oliver Velez - I owe you this tip! @oliver007) 3- Touching the main resistance line. I expect to see NQ attempting to break 16400-500 area then drop towards (at least) the 20MA....

I did not expect this paid to drop before 0.7400 .. but it did and I think that we reached the bottom of the bearish momentum "for now". Remember that on the daily chart the pair has been making LHs and LLs since November. I will close BUY positions as indicated on the chart. Good luck everyone!

To update my previous post where I anticipated the pair to hit 110.400 before a significant drop, I tend now to raise the bar a bit towards fib 78.6 area before the drop. Let's see what the coming days unfold. Share your thoughts on Telegram JoFXsignals

The paid is on its way to test 110.400 area (or close to it) and take some SLs before heading towards 107.800. I am keeping my short positions open. I will only close with loss if the paid touches and stays above 110.4-110.5 area next week. Good luck everyone!
