The Heikin Ashi candles show AMD to be trending, the relative strength is rising, and money seems to be flowing though it has slowed late in the day.... For a swing I would place a stop loss just below the 10 ema since it appears to be support.
This looks like it could have some real potential....one for morning wach list.
I rarely day trade, but this looks like it could pop in the morning; watch it for early volume.
Until the money starts moving out I can't help but wonder how much more this thing has in it.
Just compare each sector at the end of each quarter and rotate out weakening sectors and rotate in stronger sectors. Holding the top two or three through each quarter has beaten approx. 70% of the time (if memory serves me right). The relative strength line is still on the bullish side, but is moving up rapidly as the Russell 2000 seems to be breaking out of an Ascending Triangle on the weekly. December historically starts with some downward movement but closes in strength; keep a close eye on this ETF for some quick year end gains.
If we see the S&P 500 pull back even to the 200 day moving average we would still be in an uptrend; and may just provide for a great chance to increase your position in a major way.
