I look forward to all comments on my application of the Gann Box. Thanks!!
This is a potential assessment I am currently watching closely. As it has a potential of a 30% drop in price (bear market by some measures), I have to consider it. I leave it to each of you to further investigate (if desired). This triangle is being considered within the context of a 4th wave.
Proposed assessment outlined on chart.
A potential long term path. This is based upon a guideline model, with no extended waves. This is also utilizing a price pattern, which is being tied in with the model.
It appears we may be forming a flag in DXY. I have shown the measured move (height of "pole" extended down from estimated breakout point). This measured move would tie in with prior post looking for pullback to the .618 retracement area.
DXY appears to be in a falling channel diagonal. Apparent candle reversal pattern at upper channel (poss (4)).
Just thought I would provide this as something to think about. Perhaps this is something you may not have considered. Should the "abc" within the "Y" leg in fact turn out to be 5 waves (rather than 3 as shown here), we would then have a large expanding flat beginning at the Jan '18 peak. Should this occur, then depending on where the 5th wave of "c" came in,...
A possible long term path in its early stages.
KCT Base channel analysis for potential long term rally. Much work to do to confirm.
It appears we are headed to completion of an initial 5 wave move up in Gold.
I see signs of a sizeable potential turn in DB, one which may be quite rewarding longer term.
Some thoughts on what may be occurring as the SPX progresses.
Something you may wish to watch going forward.
This short setup appears to be one which, if occurs as anticipated, could become a larger move down.
I offer this as an alternative to consider. All comments/alternatives etc. welcome. :o)
It appears that Silver has seen a 5 wave move up, and is currently in the process of correcting this move. I am looking for an initial target area as highlighted on the chart. This could expand lower should the correction entail more than a simple abc zz.
