I find ocean to be bullish in small time. However, BTC should either hold or move upward for ocean to move.
I see BTC is bullish. On the other had USDT.d is at resistance which says we can expect a slight upward move in BTC. #FFA
Short DOGE idea with head and shoulders pattern as there is bearish divergence in btc/usdt and btc.d looks slighty bullish.
