A head and shoulders pattern is a chart formation that resembles a baseline with three peaks, the outside two are close in height and the middle is highest. In technical analysis, a head and shoulders pattern describes a specific chart formation that predicts a bullish-to-bearish trend reversal. The head and shoulders pattern is believed to be one of the most...
An inverse head and shoulders, also called a "head and shoulders bottom", is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends. This pattern is identified when the price action of a security meets the following characteristics: the price falls to a trough and then rises; the...
The bullish AB=CD is a measured move down chart pattern except that the turns are located using Fibonacci ratios. The pattern correctly predicts point D 57% of the time. By using the next higher Fibonacci ratio in the measure rule, you can boost the accuracy somewhat, to 65%. What Is an ABCD Pattern? Reflects the common, rhythmic style in which the market moves. A...
A solid currency trading strategy consists of entering a trade at the right place, having a stop that is properly calculated, and setting a reasonable profit target level that works time after time after time. Many newer traders set too ambitious profit targets expecting the trade to be "the big one" and hoping it will help offset the losses they have...
Is it true that the Forex Market is manipulated and controlled by a handful of banks and market makers? If so, how can we identify when they manipulate the forex markets and is it something that requires access to sophisticated tools and secret contacts? Well, let’s begin by getting a few facts straight. Firstly it is true that the forex markets are manipulated...
An ascending broadening wedge is a bearish chart pattern (said to be a reversal pattern). It is formed by two diverging bullish lines. This is a great example of a broadening wedge that we took advantage of this week. COngrats to all that took this trade with us. EN: Daily long zone (update)
Looking to the zone shown to enter a buy position. I think ther eis still downside for the Euro, but we can then enter long and take advantage of support while a market is queit and we can enter after a spike to the downside taking out longs where we can then enter long. The entry for EUR/NZD will be posted on our page so stay tuned.
I'll be looking to get into a short contract at the short-zone shown in the chrat. I think we will fulfill the level then roll over to the downside. Stay tuned for an entry.
Still no entry yet this week on any trades. On the weekly, you can see a major support zone of 0.85 looking at the longer term timeframes. I feel like from this price that EUR/GBP will push up alot. Multiple 100 pip targets once we score an entry. I think we can break through 0.85, and we can then see some downside movement on pound pairs and then to the upside...
As always stoploss, entry, and targets are provided live when we enter the trade on our end. Stay tuned to our pages. Keep in mind that it's thanksgiving.

After a -8% downtrend from Aug 19 through todays currently traded prices, we can look at the well proven level of 0.85 as current support to be respected. This potentially could be the bottom we are waiting for for an entry, but we won't know any time soon. We are however looking for a long entry today, as the 0.85 continuously is subjected to being rejected...
