We broke a super strong support level on OIL last week! When support breaks, it turns into resistance. What would be the ideal situation? On the 4HR timeframe you can clearly see a head & shoulder pattern. Before entering the trade i advice waiting till the imprortant resistance is broken and retested and will hold. On the 30 minute timeframe i can see we are forming lower highs and lower lows, also tring to break a strong resistance, if that happens, wait for the retest and if that holds it is time to short the market!

In my previous post is said that my bias was short, i've digged a little deeper in the charts and found some interesting thing! I spotted some divergence, the chart is giving lower lows, but the RSI gives me a higher low, this is a normal divergence indicating that a bullish rally might accur. I'll keep my eyes on the chart but i think the trend might continue.

We got some rejection from the 200 MA acting as a strong support, but we might just be forming a new lower high and then continuing the downtrend. We also broke the trend line that acted as support. My personal bias is now bearish, if the previous lower high gets broken, my bias might change. Let's see how it reacts to the fibonacci levels!
