I think this pair will pull back down to the 200 MA, this is based on reaching resistance and the rest of the markets structure.

Could this be an opportunity to take a short on NEO USD? Higher time frame points to a resistance level that has been met, I'm looking for a retest the lower zone from this back down to my take profit level.

We are at the bottom of the support channel. However, it looks like a good place to go long, but I would wait to see if we can get a spike into this buy area as a last and final capitulation event, as this would provide greater risk to reward.
