Under normal circumstances, I'd expect ETH to make a retest from the downtrend and go up until the daily support / resistance zone around 3260$ on daily basis, however stagnancy of BTC affects this movement as well. On the other hand, things going smooth on RU/UA side, so that may be positive on mid term.
